fumo commissions - november 2022

Commission application form will be open by NOVEMBER 21 at 7 PM GMT+8 and will close on November 28 7:00 PM GMT+8. The commissions taken from this batch will start production on MARCH 2023Those who are interested can apply and fill up the form to enter their commission. On December 2, 6 commissions will be picked. This is not first come, first serve. I'm trying this setup so everyone gets equal chances.

APPLICATION RULES

• One commission application per person only. If there are several applications from one person, I will randomly choose one for the lottery
• I'll be picking 6 applications: 3 of those will be chosen by me, and 3 would be chosen randomly.
• If you're chosen, you will be contacted within 24 hours. If you haven't responded within that timeframe, you will surrender your slot and another winner will be chosen.
• Once you've confirmed that you won the slot, you have 3 days to settle payment for the commission.
• Those that will not be chosen this round will be notified if they want to be put in a waitlist, in which they will have a higher chance to be picked on the next opening.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

“Is there a limit to how many I can enter?”
Answer: Yes, you can only enter one (1) character for this one. If you happen to apply more than one, I will randomly choose one that will be used for the lottery.“Will there be an opening like this for people that want to commission more than one character?”
Answer: If you want to commission a group or a pair, there will be commission openings like these in the future where I will include a different form for those that want to apply for a “group” commission. Please stay tuned for that!“Is there a restriction on the character?”
Answer: You can commission any character you want as long as it won’t bring me any danger (ex. it promotes hate speech or such). Commissions of characters that have text/description only design will include an additional fee since it will take time to design it from there.“If I asked for a price quote before, will it still be effective?”
Answer: Yes as long as I’ve given the quote just this year.

terms of service

1. I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.2. Payment is required in full before I start your commission. You will receive a confirmation message along with a reference sheet once the commission is accepted and paid. Installments are accepted but I will only start when it is paid in full.
Payment options accepted: BPI Bank deposit, Paypal, Palawan, MLuiller. I am open for other payment options.3. I only do my plush work 2 days full-time twice a week so please be patient. If you want to check the status of your commission, you can check my notes or you can message me for a follow up. I'm always open for follow-ups on your commission though!4. The plushies are mainly intended for collectable items for teens and adults. They are not assured to be child-safe and may not be durable enough to handle rough play.5. I live in a house with 2 cats. If you are allergic to pets, please let me know.6. I do not accept refunds and cancellations once I have started production or have bought materials. However, if there’s a damage on the plush (such as loose or broken seams, etc.) within 1 week after delivery, I can repair the plush for free as long as the shipping fee is handled. I only do refunds and cancellations for discontinued installments.7. The plushies are made and shipped from the Philippines. Shipping is mainly via JRS for orders within the Philippines. I also use DHL for international express shipping. Once the plush has been shipped, it is already the courier’s responsibility but I will do my best to help you with the courier.
